Get to know country Meadows HOA & water Community

Country Meadows HOA is a community of 31 Single Family homes, Green Space's and Community Water System.

HOA Board Members are Volunteers with families and full-time careers please be patient with us. 

This is our Community Pump House where our water quality is maintained. This system was put in in 1982 making it 43 yrs old. As we all know over time things age and need to be maintained or replaced. At this time, we do have some repairs that require attention. 

Country Meadows Community HOA & Water owns several Green Spaces in our community. It is our responsibility to manage and maintain these areas.

**Please remember that if you don't want to drink it don't put it in our ditches.

Please be kind and remember that we all moved out of town to live the way we want to. 

HOA Bylaws are posted to the Documents page. Please remember that HOA rules or representatives will not be used as a dispute resolution tool between neighbors.  If you believe there is drug activity, please call 911.

 If you have an Animal Control issue or need to speak with an officer, dial 911. Animal Control is dispatched and contacted through Cencom 911. If you believe someone is homeless and is in need of help, please call Kitsap County Homeless Coalition at 360.337.5750 or
