Community Well and Pump house

This is our Community Pump House where our water quality is maintained. This system was put in in 1982 making it 43 yrs old. As we all know over time things age and need to be maintained or replaced. At this time, we do have some repairs that require attention. 

There is a Seal that needs to be replaced and a Crack in the Storage Tank that KPUD 1 repaired 5 years ago but needs further repair.

We have a Generator however it does not start and is in need of repair or to be replaced.

As a Community We all Own the Pump House, Storage Tank and Pipes that run under the roads however each homeowner Owns and is responsible for the pipes that run from the Meter at the street to your Home.
