Country Meadows HOA &Water Board Members

President job description:  Leads meetings, signs contracts, and acts as the public liaison.  15hrs/ month once NWWS is in place to manage our water system

Vice-president job description: Steps in for the president and oversees specific projects.

less than 10hrs/ month  

* Must attend Meetings

Treasure job description:   Manages the budget, dues collection, and financial reporting.  20hrs/ month 

*Must attend meetings and work with Northwest Water Systems to maintain billing and updated community census

Secretary job description:  Maintains official records, documents, and meeting minutes.

10hrs/month

There are many ways you can volunteer with Country Meadows HOA and Water. 

*Daily Chlorine samples need to be taken and reported to Northwest Water Systems by the 5th of each month. 

* Water Holding Tank needs cleaned and sealed.

* The road to the Pump house needs to be maintained.  Rock on Odyssey Place for the road.
